  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship to US, Canada and Mexico.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotions or qualifying orders (details shown at checkout).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
    (Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or factors beyond our control.)

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
